Set in the beautiful village of Chichester, the wedding of Kate and Andrew transformed the village hall into a stunning reception for this happy couple.
The Sausage and Mash Company had worked closely with the bride and groom and a dedicated wedding planner to make sure their wedding went smoothly. After a church wedding guests returned to the historic hall for reception drinks and assorted canapés on the sweeping lawns, that over look the village cricket field. Petit Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish as well as mango infused chicken and basil were among the array of freshly prepared canapés.
The starter course consisted of mixed platters of British rare beef fillet on a bed of beetroot and goats cheese salad as well as fresh salmon and grapefruit.
The wedding breakfast consisted of a duo of Pork and Leek Sausages and Onion Marmalade Sausages, locally sourced and cooked to perfection! Creamy mash, chives, farmhouse gravy and vegetables accompanied the delicious sausages, a trade mark of The Sausage and Mash Company!
Desserts followed, with a mixture of apple crumble and cream as well as lemon possets and fruit. Again freshly made on site by the talented chefs and their amazing team of waiting staff.
Following the excitement of speeches, the catering team served Fair-trade coffee and tea with mints before the evening celebrations got underway!
